A recent job in the centre of the town of Bramhall was a prime example of the calibre of attention and care taken with every job by the team at Pinnacle – your go to roofing company when searching for roofing companies Stockport.
The client had an old roof that was tired with many broken tiles scattered throughout. Adding to the old look was the aged 1F felt that was drooping in the loft in certain spots.
Behind the tiles, the battens were in a state of rot with age. Although the work was abundantly clear, the structure was not damaged as a result.
The Task
The team at Pinnacle realised that this type of job could not be done over a weekend and set the project for a couple of weeks.
Before any stripping, the team made sure to cover every window with Antiknox protective sheets. This step would help to fully prevent any debris that would find its way through the scaffolding and damage any of the windows or frames.
At the end of each day’s work, these sheets were removed and replaced the next day with fresh sheeting, as well as full sweeping and tidying around the area to ensure no debris or mess was left behind.
Re-Roof
Our team fully stripped the existing and worn plain rosemary tiles and disposed of each tile securely. The team then set about installing new roofing tiles with brand new Marley Modern roofing tiles in a smooth grey colour, utilising their smooth, single-lap interlocking design for a dark slate-like appearance.
The team held these in place with a brand new dry fix ridge system fitted throughout. The team then added a full white exterior render to the property and sprayed the PVC windows grey to match the reroofing.
Satisfaction
The client was extremely happy with the attention to detail and constant informative talks that the team at Pinnacle, a Manchester roofing company, provided to them. The finished result is a beautiful roof and a fresh look to the Bramhall property.
