Replaced our large roof, including porch and dormer. Good price and a nice job. Took longer than predicted (weather, materials), but kept to estimate, even though some unanticipated costs incurred. Highly recommend this team. Pinnacle Roof and Build were recommended to me by a Which Trusted Trader. We needed a more detailed inspection of our 94 year old roof following a building survey. I was braced for the worst. Alex did an initial inspection that revealed the need for remedial repairs to lead valleys over a bay window and to the garage. Reassured me about the overall roof condition and repairs were carried out professionally by James and Joe. All questions answered respectfully and professionally and photos taken before and after. Really pleased with the service I got from Pinnacle. Returned calls promptly and kept me posted on dates available to do my roof repair. The two guys that did the repair did a great job and cleaned up well before heading off. They also took pictures of the job to show me exactly what they'd done. Pinnacle were due to visit a job at my property on the 23rd Feb between 1230-1pm. They called at 11:20am to inform me they were unable to attend as a vehicle had drove into the back of their transport, and they were unable to attend. A visit was rescheduled for Wed 25th Feb. Alex and his team have recently repointed some of my external brickwork on my new house, and have done a few roof repairs on my old house in previous years. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough!! Had water pouring through my ceiling & fixtures during a bad storm, contacted Alex and within three days the whole problem was fixed! He was very responsive, came exactly when he said he would, organised for scaffolding to go up within 24 hours and then had his guys fix it the next day. They were all professional and friendly, explained everything that they found and needed to do. Was kept informed at every stage. He checked in with me after a couple of days to make sure the fix was holding up with some more rain. Price was very fair, I was expecting much worse. Contacted Pinnacle with our leaky roof problem. After sending Alex a couple of photos of the offending roof tile he arranged to come and replace it the following day. So pleased with the work carried out.
